Treasury of Pith Instructions is the shortest of the Seven Treasuries by the 14th-century master Longchen Rabjam. Composed entirely in verse, it features over 400 stanzas that deliver direct pith instructions with each stanza containing exactly six practical instructions.

The text offers graduated guidance that transitions from foundational Buddhist concepts to advanced Dzogchen (Great Perfection) insights. By exploring the primordial ground of experience and the ultimate nature of reality, it provides an actionable roadmap for direct realization, meditation, and conduct.
